Serve Swallowtail Tea

If you’re thinking of opening a new café, considering switching teas, or simply adding a new line to your menu, we offer extensive options.

01

Barista/Staff Training

One of our greatest joys is teaching people about tea and training new baristas on the art and intricacies of this wonderful beverage. We offer a 2 and 4-hour training supported by our team of dedicated tea specialists that will illuminate the world of tea and make it an easy sell in your café.

Tea 101 – Enjoy an informative presentation that takes you around the tea-growing world seeing how tea is produced in various regions and climates! Students learn tea terminology and how to judge the quality and complexity in a number of tea varieties. This class offers several cuppings of various grades of tea and allows the participants to develop their own palate for a good cup of tea.

02

Grocery Stores

Swallowtail packages tea in beautiful 3”x5” resealable cans with pop top lids, making them one of the most eye-catching products on the shelf. We sell in small retail outlets and larger grocery chains and will work with our customers individually to help gauge the scale they should buy for the best visual exposure and sales advantage. It’s easy to set up an account with us and we have low minimums to assure that even the smallest mom and pop businesses (like us!) can put Swallowtail Teas on their shelves.

03

Equipment Sales

Aesthetics and presentation are part of what makes a “tea experience” that much more memorable. Luckily, starting a high-end tea service is much more affordable, with a faster return on investment than all the equipment required for a good cup of coffee! We offer a selection of various tea ware, from full tea services to single serving cups, mugs and infusers. Along with this, we have partnered with local artisans to create authentic tea services to enhance the experience offer a cup of tea the way it was culturally intended.
